Designed to accommodate year-round entertaining, the Block Residence is a ski-in, ski-out house in Park City, Utah. Red cedar, ledger stacked stone and concrete are materials featured throughout the exterior and interior of the house.

The house frames views of the wooded landscape through a composition of volumes layered horizontally across two levels. Features include a fire pit, covered terraces and a party room with a corner of glass doors that open onto the pool terrace. The expansive pool and spa area separate the main house from the underground garage and the guest house.
