Located on a hillside in Echo Park, Los Angeles, the Quintero Apartments are comprised of four one bedroom, two story units, designed to facilitate the modern ideal of indoor-outdoor apartment living.

Each apartment has an open plan living space on the first floor and a master suite on the second floor. The living spaces are flooded in natural light from the full-height glass windows, while skylights above the shower illuminate the master bath. The interior material palette includes exposed concrete floors, and custom maple cabinetry. Exterior forms feature high clerestory windows and deep roof overhangs for sun shading.
