Comprised of 14 pre-fabricated modules, the Palms Residence is an ecofriendly home located in Venice, California. Entering from a screened garden terrace, this two story, 2800 square foot house features an open living area and a covered outdoor deck with fireplace.

The second floor consists of three bedrooms and bathrooms, including a master suite adjoining a covered deck with elevated views of the surrounding urban landscape. A double height space above the kitchen and stairwell allows natural light to flood into the central living area. The interior material palette features custom walnut casework, concrete floors, and eco-timber hickory floors.
