Located on a south facing hillside with panoramic views of Los Angeles, the 4,650 square foot Laccone Residence is comprised of a large living area that opens onto a pool deck overlooking the city. Designed in the 1960s, the layout includes a formal entry court, two bedrooms, library and sitting room with a private outdoor patio.

Alongside a 200 square foot addition, the Laccone Residence was remodeled to maximize natural daylight and capture the stunning views. The neutral palette of dark walnut cabinetry, white lacquer, and white Thasos marble works with the existing brick floors to create a restful, modern interior.
