Chris has been with Marmol Radziner since 1992. As project manager for the award-winning Kaufmann House Restoration, he oversaw the project from research through construction, developing the restoration methodology and ensuring that the exacting standards were met for this historical restoration. In the past 20 years, Chris has been involved in many other restoration projects involving mid-century modern structures designed by Richard Neutra, Rudolph Schindler, and Cliff May.

Chris most recently completed overseeing the rehabilitation efforts for the Santa Fe Federal Savings and Loan building in Palm Springs designed by E. Stewart Williams and is currently overseeing the rehabilitation efforts for the Century Plaza Hotel designed by Minoru Yamasaki in Century City. Chris’s experience with these projects have included the development of restoration methodologies for preservation, Feature Condition Surveys and Historical Structures Reports.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie-Mellon University.
