Applicants should have a degree in architecture from an accredited college, with 10 to 15 years of working experience in schematic design through construction administration phases, proficiency in Revit, and experience in single-family residential projects. Previous experience with consulting engineer coordination, technical detailing, specification research, obtaining agency approvals, and working with contractors is required.

The hiring salary range for this position is $95,000 – $140,000. Any offer of compensation will be determined by a candidate’s education, skills, and experience as assessed during the interview process.
