We are seeking full-time Finish Carpenters to add to our team to assist in the construction of high-end residential homes. Work will include installing doors and hardware, wood siding, standing and running trim and many other aspects of finish carpentry. All applicants should be highly motivated and have a detail oriented approach in their execution of tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• 2 years minimum experience
• Experience working on Construction Job Sites
• Experience working with power tools
• Must have basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation with valid California driver’s license
• While performing the duties of this job, candidate is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and kneel or crouch. Perform work from ladders and scaffolding. The candidate must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must have a great attitude, excel at listening and possess the ability to take direction from others.

Compensation will be competitive and dependent on the candidate’s qualifications and level of experience.
