Applicants should have a degree in architecture from an accredited college, with 5 to 10 years of working experience in schematic design through construction administration phases. We require a proficiency in Revit, and experience in Multi-Unit Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects. Previous experience with client communication, consulting engineer coordination, technical detailing, specification research, obtaining agency approvals, and working with contractors is also required.

The hiring salary range for this position is $90,000 – $150,000. Any offer of compensation will be determined by a candidate’s education, skills, and experience as assessed during the interview process.
