We converted over 16,000 square feet of existing warehouse space in an industrial district of Hollywood into an educational center for students from neighborhood schools. Transparency and openness express the program’s innovative curriculum, interactive learning, and emphasis on technology. We reused existing building materials and water-efficient plumbing fixtures, as well as used used biofiltration systems to treat stormwater.
