We collaborated with Related California on the enhancement of existing and new amenity spaces in The Paramount, a forty-three-story residential tower in San Francisco. The scope of work included interior design of the fitness center, business center, lounges, leasing offices, and pool deck. Marmol Radziner also provided design reviews of potential improvements to the public roof decks, corridors, and interiors of select premium residential units.
