We designed this two-story home to retain as much open garden space as possible on the 10,000-square-foot lot. We kept an existing guest house, pool, and extensive garden, which we incorporated into the agriculturally inspired design. The master suite occupies the second floor that overlooks the lush landscape designed by homeowner and landscape designer Stefan Hammerschmidt.
