For our restoration of Richard Neutra’s 1955 Brown House, located in the neighborhood of Bel Air, our construction team took the existing main house and pool house down to the studs and rebuilt the home anew with new terrazzo floors, steel doors and windows, cedar siding, and lighting. The scope included structural reinforcement, minor adjustments to the floor plan, and a comprehensive restoration of the landscape.
