This rhythmic 1962 Hal Levitt home was altered and restored to better suit the homeowners’ needs. The existing entryway was reconfigured and simplified. Wood floors and cabinetry were installed in the expanded primary bedroom suite. The addition of a new subterranean music studio provided the home’s musician owner with an in-house workspace, vocal booth and seating area.
