This project involved the renovation and redesign of a main residence, guest cottage, and pool house on a 4.4-acre countryside estate. The main residence was updated with symmetrical sightlines, modernized systems, and new finishes, while a custom round skylight over the double-height entry added a contemporary touch. A separate two-bedroom, two-story guest cottage with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and French doors provides a quiet retreat. The 1920s pool house was transformed into an open-plan living/dining space with a vaulted wood-beamed ceiling and kitchenette.
