As the preservation architect, in collaboration with Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, Rios Clementi Hale Studios, Gensler, the Los Angeles Conservancy, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation, we are preserving and modernizing the hotel. Our Historic Structures Report provided a comprehensive building and design history of the hotel, an assessment of character-defining features, evaluation of historic designation eligibility, treatment recommendations, and building code analysis.
