We built all of the structures on the 22,000-acre Cerro Pelon Ranch, all while maintaining the highest standards of construction in a remote location. The Tadao Ando-designed ranch includes a main residence adjoined by stables for ten horses, a round pen, and horse arena. We also built the guest houses, ranch manager’s headquarters, and tennis courts, which we designed. In addition to extensive site preparation, we drilled wells, built roads, and brought in power via a rural utility co-op several miles away. We provided all of the skilled labor, specialty equipment, and building materials despite the great distance between the property and nearest town.
