Located on the Sony Pictures Studios lot, the historically significant 1927 Crawford Building was renovated on the interior to house offices for and serve as the face of a production company. The 1,800-square-foot space includes a reception area, main executive office, and supporting staff office, as well as a conference room, library, and pantry. While the building retains its Spanish Colonial exterior, the interior has been transformed into a studio set-like parallel universe. Inspired by Victorian Chinoiserie, the interiors feature hand-painted wallcoverings and a mélange of antique and vintage pieces, to create a magical, layered effect evocative of a feminine, Hollywood glamour.
