This oceanfront property, originally a 1963 ranch-style home, underwent a complete renovation. We preserved the existing post and beam structure while incorporating modern materials such as silver travertine, lime plaster, and oak flooring and casework. The updated design also features dark brick accents and oil-rubbed bronze hardware.
