Chief Operating Officer
Principal
As Chief Operating Officer, Jason oversees the broader operations of Marmol Radziner, including financial and legal matters, human resources, marketing, and the day-to-day coordination of the firm’s design and construction studios. His role reflects more than two decades with the firm and a career that has touched nearly every aspect of its multidisciplinary practice.
Jason joined Marmol Radziner in 2003, beginning in construction management and later the prefabrication division, before establishing and serving as Studio Director of the firm’s San Francisco studio in 2013. His projects have ranged across single and multifamily residential, commercial, civic, and restoration projects, including the Stuart Bailey House by Richard Neutra and the Garcia House by John Lautner. His work across design, construction, and prefabrication has shaped a consistent focus on client experience and collaborative project delivery, values that shape the firm’s operations today.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Washington.
