We collaborated with Related California to design the interiors for The Waverly, a unique mix of luxury condominiums across two buildings and affordable rental apartments. We designed the residential units and penthouse model unit, as well as the public and amenity spaces. With stunning views of the Santa Monica Mountains, Pacific Ocean, and six-acre Tongva Park alongside the property, the residences at The Waverly balance luxury living with the casual Santa Monica lifestyle.
