Set into a sharply down-sloping site, this project required substantial foundation work, including the construction of a large retaining wall. We built two large rooms into the foundation on the ground floor and prefabricated the two stories above. A LEED Gold-certified project, the house features insulated glass, denim insulation, and solar panels.
