For an unconventional modern steakhouse focused on grass-fed wagyu beef, we selected a material palette in natural colors and earth tones to complement the existing brick and concrete. Walnut ceilings, casework, and tables; blackened structural steel and brass detailing; and brown leather banquette seating and dark green chairs provide an intimate setting with a nod to the traditional steakhouse.
