This 7,600-square-foot Point Dume residence was designed for a young family. The project includes a two-story main house and one-story guest house that share a pool cabana, pool and spa. The wood-clad upper volume of the main house is perched on the light-filled lower volume, distinguished by its light-hued wood surfaces and dark metal columns framing the property’s olive tree groves.
